Half the calls are people wanting an appointment. With Petuica you get a booking link that stays open all night: customers pick the service, tell you about their dog, see the price and choose a time that is genuinely free.

If you like, they pay a card deposit. It goes into your Stripe account, not ours. If they don’t pay within 30 minutes, the slot frees itself.

He’s not a poodle, and your diary knows it. Petuica works out the price and the time from the weight, the coat, the matting and any parasite treatment, and it also keeps time to get the bath clean again.

If the dog gets anxious or needs a muzzle, the warning is in the diary before he walks through the door.

Every appointment locks the groomer and the station at the same time: bath, table or dryer. If it’s taken, nothing can be booked on top, from the desk or online. If you don’t pick a station, Petuica takes the first free one.

What people ask us at the door

Does it work for a grooming van?
Yes. When you sign up you choose salon or van, and the diary adapts to the way you work.
Do I have to use Stripe?
No. Only if you want to take deposits for online bookings. Petuica walks you through it, and the money goes straight to your account.
Can receipts be changed afterwards?
No. They’re numbered in sequence and chained with a fingerprint; mistakes are fixed with a credit note.
Can I run it from my phone?
It was designed for phones first, with big buttons. On a computer you get the full view.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Export your invoices to Excel, CSV and PDF whenever you like, and each salon only sees its own data.
