1. Who provides the service

These terms govern the use of Petuica, cloud management software for dog grooming salons, available at www.petuica.com and in the es.petuica.com and en.petuica.com apps. The service is provided by:

Owner
Antonio Atichati Muñoz
Tax ID
47602638K
Address
Reus 4, 08022 Barcelona (España)
Contact
[email protected]

By creating an account, or by using Petuica on behalf of a business, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you act on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

2. What Petuica includes

A diary that tracks groomers and stations, customer and pet records, price and duration calculation, online booking with deposits, customer reminders, till, stock, receipts and invoices, and exports for your accountant. Available features depend on your plan and may improve over time.

Petuica is a service for businesses and is not intended for consumers.

3. Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate, keeping your passwords secret and for what the people you give access to your team do. If you notice unauthorised use, let us know at [email protected].

You can sign in with email and password or with your Google account.

4. Plans, prices and payment

Petuica has a single all-inclusive plan, paid monthly, every 6 months or yearly. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and include VAT.

Free trial: when you create your salon you have 7 days to use Petuica without giving any payment details. When it ends the account is paused (you can’t use the diary or receive online bookings, and your page leaves the search listing) until you choose a plan. Your data is kept.

Subscriptions are paid upfront and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and partial periods are not refunded, unless the law requires it.

WhatsApp messages: automatic messages are paid separately, in message packs. Packs never expire, never renew automatically and are not refundable once bought; each message sent uses one and, if it isn’t delivered, it goes back to your balance. With no balance, messages aren’t sent.

If a payment fails we will let you know; if it isn’t resolved while the payment provider retries, the account will be paused until it is.

We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; the change applies from the next renewal and you may cancel before then if you disagree.

5. Taking payments from your customers (Stripe)

Your customers’ online deposits and payments are processed by Stripe. To switch them on you connect your own Stripe account: the money goes straight into that account and Petuica never holds it. By connecting it you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement.

Stripe fees, refunds, disputes and chargebacks are a matter between your business, your customers and Stripe. You decide the deposit and cancellation policy shown to your customers and you are responsible for honouring it.

6. Your obligations

Use Petuica lawfully and do not try to access other salons’ data, interfere with the service, overload it or resell it without permission.

Tell your customers that you process their data and have a legal basis for doing so (for example, managing their appointments) and, for marketing messages, their consent.

Check that the prices, taxes and tax details you set up are correct. Petuica produces sequential, tamper-proof receipts and invoices and prepares the information for your accountant, but meeting your tax and accounting obligations, including any e-invoicing rules that apply to you, remains your business’s responsibility.

7. Your customers’ data (data processing)

For your customers’ and their pets’ data, your business is the controller and Petuica is the processor. Petuica undertakes to:

8. Availability and support

We work to keep Petuica available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance (which we will try to schedule outside business hours and announce in advance) or for reasons beyond our control. We make regular backups.

Support is provided by email at [email protected] on working days.

9. Ownership

Petuica, its code, design and brand belong to its owner. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while you have an active account. Your data is yours: you can export it (for example, the invoice ledger in Excel) whenever you want.

10. Liability

Petuica is offered as a management tool. We are not liable for decisions you make with it, for errors in the data you enter, or for third-party services (Stripe, WhatsApp, Google, your internet provider).

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid for Petuica in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for loss of profit or indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.

11. Closing, suspension and end of service

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close it if you seriously breach these terms or the law, with prior notice unless the seriousness prevents it. After closing you will have 30 days to export your data; it will then be deleted, except invoices and anything the law requires us to keep.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect improvements to the service or changes in the law. For significant changes we will give you at least 30 days’ notice in the app or by email; if you disagree you may close your account before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona (Spain), unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
